Domestic Shipping

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During festivals, sales, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Notifications: You will receive regular updates regarding your order status via email or WhatsApp.
Delays: In rare cases of courier delays, high volumes, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may vary slightly.
Out of Stock Items: If any item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a refund.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier partner, and shipping method.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if different products are dispatched separately.

Customer Support for Damaged Deliveries

Please check your parcel upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours along with clear photos or a short video to contactus@orayabyshilpa.in or WhatsApp +91-9748603626.
Reports made after 48 hours will not be eligible for support.
Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps for exchange.
