  • Complaints made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged products.

  • Images and videos of the damaged product must be shared for verification and approval.


Packaging and Shipping

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and brand box to be eligible for exchange.

  • Items returned without proper packaging may not be accepted.


Steps for Exchange

  1. Email us at contactus@orayabyshilpa.in or WhatsApp at +91-9748603626 with your order number, reason for exchange, and product images/videos.

  2. Once approved, our team will initiate a reverse pick-up.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process the exchange.

  4. The exchanged product will then be shipped back to you.
